「足立美術館」島根県・"Adachi Museum of Art" Shimane Prefecture

一代で財を築いた明治生まれの実業家「足立全康」が昭和４５年に設立した財団法人足立美術館に作られた日本庭園。昭和の小堀遠州と讃えられた「中根金作」と足立全康による共作とも言える大規模な日本庭園は借景としている周囲の山まで購入し景観の保全に万全を期している。すべての庭園は立ち入りができない鑑賞式。いわゆる「額縁庭園」と呼ばれるスタイルで窓越しに鑑賞するよう各所にスポットが設けられている。管理は完璧で隅々にまで手入れが行き届いている。庭園は苔庭・枯山水庭園・坪庭・池庭・白砂青松庭など主に５つにわかれている。

"Adachi Museum of Art" Shimane Prefecture

A Japanese garden built in the Adachi Museum of Art, which was established in 1970 by the Meiji-born businessman Zenko Adachi, who built his fortune in his first generation. The large-scale Japanese garden, which can be said to be a collaboration between "Kinsaku Nakane" praised as Kobori Enshu in the Showa era and Zenko Adachi, has been purchased up to the surrounding mountains, which are borrowed, to ensure the preservation of the landscape. All gardens are closed to the public. Spots are set up in various places so that you can appreciate it through the window in the so-called "picture frame garden" style. The management is perfect and every corner is in good condition. There are five main gardens, including a moss garden, a dry landscape garden, a tsubo-niwa, a pond garden, and a white sand and blue pine garden.
