珈琲蔵人 珈蔵 （コーヒーくろうど　かくら）は東海〜関西〜中国〜四国〜九州にかけてフランチャイズ展開している日本庭園がある珈琲店です。どの店舗も外観は白漆喰の蔵を基本とし、店内は大きな横長のガラス窓沿いにテーブル席が並び、その外には枯山水の庭を臨むことができます。庭に面さない奥まった客席も落ち着いて過ごせるよう配慮され人気です。庭の設えはそれぞれの店舗によって異なりますが必ずどの店にも日本庭園（枯山水）があります。今回は熊本市小山店にランチを食べに立ち寄りました。まずコーヒーを選びます。本日のおすすめなっていたコロンビア7４0円をチョイスして、プラス５００円でその日のランチを選びます。私が来店した当日は、Aランチ・チキンカツサンド、Bランチ・かぼちゃコロッケサンド（それぞれサラダ＆フライドポテト付き）の２種類でした。相棒と二人だったのでABをオーダーして半分ずつシェアしました。どちらも美味しかったです。コーヒーはウェッジウッドの大きめカップにたっぷり注いでくれます。ランチ後にコーヒーを飲みながらゆっくり長居する人もいれば、ランチを食べてコーヒーを飲んだらすぐに帰る人もいて、バランスよくお客さんが回っています。ところで「珈琲蔵人 珈蔵」はモーニング文化を継承しているので、昼でもモーニングがオーダーできますよ。近くにチェーン店があったら一度足を運んでみて下さい。日本庭園の文化を尊重する民間の施設でお金をつかうことは、わたしたち日本の大切な文化を守ることに直結します。熊本小山店は熊本空港の近く、空港を利用する際には是非どうぞ。

The design of the garden varies depending on each shop, but there is always a Japanese garden (dry landscape) in all. This time, I went to Kumamoto City Oyama Shop for lunch. First, choose coffee. I chose Colombia 740 yen, then for an additional 500 yen, I chose from two types: A lunch chicken cutlet sandwich and B lunch pumpkin croquette sandwich (each with salad and french fries). This time I was with my partner, so we each ordered AB and shared half. They were both delicious. Coffee is served in a large Wedgwood cup. There are people who stay long after lunch and drink coffee, and there are people who eat lunch and drink coffee and then go home right away. By the way, "Coffee Cloud Kakura" inherits the morning culture of Japanese coffee shops (low-priced breakfast with coffee, toast, eggs, mini salad, etc. set on a tray, but more luxurious than the price). .
