「太宰府天満宮 浮殿庭園」福岡県太宰府市

秋の祭りで御神輿の休憩場所となる建物。戦前までは境内・心字池のあたりにあった。2005年の九州国立博物館の開館にあわせて庭園として整備され、モダンなセンスの切石の敷石や橋などが目を引く。建物内部にもコンテンポラリーアートが奉納安置されている。

"Dazaifu Tenmangu Ukidono Garden" Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture

A building that serves as a resting place for mikoshi (portable shrines) during the autumn festival. Until before the war, it was located near Shinji Pond on the grounds. It was developed into a garden in conjunction with the opening of the Kyushu National Museum in 2005, and the modern cut stone paving and bridges are eye-catching. Contemporary art is also donated and placed inside the building.
