The 1500 tsubo Japanese garden that surrounds the hotel building is a Chisenkaiyushiki garden with a long stream and two fountains, giving it a somewhat Western feel. The garden is dotted with a Noh stage "Gekkanden", a detached teahouse "Koyotei", and an arbour called "Irori Sanso".
