"Myoki-ji Temple" Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture

Myoki-ji Temple was originally located in the same place as Jyoei-ji Temple, famous for its Sesshu Garden, before it was built, but it was moved to another location. After many twists and turns, Myoki-ji Temple was rebuilt in its current location, and it also has a garden said to have been created by Sesshu. The topography is similar to Jyoei-ji Temple, making it the perfect place for Sesshu to create a garden. Unfortunately, the bank is now concreted. The landscape stones installed there are all very tasteful, so it seems like they could have been created by Sesshu, and it's a real shame.
